MelindaButtle I nearly bought some knee high RM William boots today, but then I remembered I don't have a pony and I'm not a lesbian. 3 days ago REPLY

Brisbane Powerhouse presents

Monster of the Deep 3D

Tue 9 - Sat 20 Mar 10

We are pleased to welcome the winner of the inaugural Brisbane Comedy Festival Award at the 2009 Melbourne Fringe Festival.

Claudia O’Doherty is the last surviving member of a small colony that lived in a deep-sea habitat called Aquaplex. She is going to tell you about that through the powerful medium of cultural presentation. In addition to colossal squid, the salinity of the Pacific Ocean and the effects of long-term deep-sea living on humans, Monster of the Deep 3D will cover gang warfare and witchcraft.

Claudia is a member of the exhilaratingly silly and critically acclaimed theatrical sketch group, Pig Island, who won The Golden Gibbo Award for Best Independent Production at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival in 2007. Monster of the Deep 3D is Claudia’s first solo comedy show but as a solo performer, Claudia O’Doherty has performed at the Imperial Panda Festival in Sydney and the Last Tuesday Society in Melbourne.

Winner Best Comedy, Melbourne Fringe Festival 2009

“this performer is gifted of a talent sufficiently bright to burn your retina… singular, cunning and actually funny, this show is of a quality for which one hopes but rarely finds.” The Age
