Punk rock. New York. London. Brisbane?
In the late 1970’s Brisbane was a conservative backwater – with a thriving punk rock underbelly. Bored teenager Ross Daniels stumbled into a netherworld of wild gigs, misfits and police violence – all while staying with his right wing, church-going grandparents.
Returning to the city where it all happened, Ross Daniels presents Punked – a first-hand account of street riots, feral music and pumpkin scones.
Directed by Emilie Collyer.
